During my time at Hero, I was fortunate enough to work on the Comcast account and help the team create new mobile experiences for their Xfinity modem service customers.

Work included designing new, improved device setup flows, improved troubleshooting experiences, a redesigned icon set, and new design system components that extended Comcast's existing visual language.
