Mursion is an ed tech platform that helps professionals develop their human interaction and emotional intelligence. Mursion does this by simulating real-world scenarios; a manager confronting a problematic employee, a teacher facing a 4th grade class for the very first time or helping a new CEO refine their leadership skills.

Mursion Magic is the ground breaking software that simulates these scenarios by pairing users - or learners with advanced CGI avatars and custom designed environments via a remote video session. These avatars are driven by a real person behind the scenes but also leverage AI which automatically drive facial expressions and hand movements.

As Head of UX Design at Mursion, my team and I helped create the vision and designed the next generation of the Mursion Magic web application. We also helped redesign the Mursion Portal which is the main hub for scheduling new simulations, reviewing performance analytics of previous simulations as well as providing usage and business metrics via a variety of dashboards.
