Mursion is an ed tech platform that helps professionals develop their human interaction and emotional intelligence. Mursion does this by simulating real-world scenarios; a manager confronting a problematic employee, a teacher facing a 4th grade class for the very first time or helping a new CEO refine their leadership skills.

As Head of UX Design at Mursion, my team and I optimized the Mursion Portal (user admin tool) and designed the next-gen Mursion Magic web application. This work also entailed the development of a new design system to reinforce the Mursion brand as well as to power and support our app user experiences. I led the development of the design system work and later created a process to collaborate with various FE teams for implementation across desktop and mobile web.
